Summary
In order for us to best assist you, sometimes we may ask for the serial number from your equipment, whether that's a CNC machine, robot, or other hardware.
If you are unsure, this article is for you!
First, please identify your hardware model.
For current CNC machines, this should be easy as the model is printed on the front of the CNC with a big label.
BenchMill's can be a 6000 or 6100.
BenchTurn's can be a 7000 or 7100.
Then we have the ProMill 8000, or ProTurn 9000.
Once you know your hardware model, please find it below and click on the example picture to see the full size if needed.
BenchMill 6000
This will be found stamped on the right-hand front corner of the XY table under the chip tray, as seen below.
If you haven't cleaned up chips recently, now is the time!
BenchTurn 7000
This serial is found hand-engraved on the back of right-side of the table, easily accessible from the right-hand door.
You may need to move the tailstock to make the serial visible.
BenchMill 6100
BenchTurn 7100
For both of these CNCs, the serial will be found on a data plate, which is found near and located on, the same side as the power switch.
In this example picture from the 6100, that's the left-side of the CNC if you are facing it.
ProMill 8000
This serial is stamped below the XY table on the saddle, either on the left-hand or right-hand side, under the bellows.
ProTurn 9000
The serial can be found in two places, either on a data plate on the same side as the power switch, or stamped on back of right-side of the table, easily accessible from the right-hand door.
You may need to move the tailstock to make the serial visible.
