Proper Start-Up Procedure for ER-4u Robots

If your robot at times will randomly not home correctly, please follow the procedure below to ensure proper operation of your robotic system every time.
The proper start-up may also resolve the robot moving erratically, disconnect issues


  1. Launch ScorBase or RoboCell software


  2. Once the software is fully loaded, turn on the USB-Controller

  3. Put software into On-Line mode (Under the Options pull-down menu)

  4. Enable Control On (if necessary)

  5. Click the Home icon
