1. Make sure the robot controller is turned off before opening ScorBase software.  Then after the software is open you can go online and home the robot.

2. If the robot still fails to home unplug the large connector from the control box and manually exercise the axis. Sometimes the grease gets stiff after sitting for a long while and needs to be moved to get flowing again.

3. If it continues to fail to home, please report on the specific error the robot is reporting.
