If you are teaching PLCs using Allen Bradly PLCs and devices purchasing Studio 5000 can be quite expensive.
Allen Bradly offers a product through its industrial dealers called the, "Educational Support Program and Toolkit".
This program extends to accredited High Schools, Community Colleges, and Universities. The software in the program lasts for a single course year.
The steps to sign-up for the toolkit include contacting your local Rockwell representative to begin the application process.
1. Instructor fills in their professional contact info
2. Information about the accredited High School, College, or University
3. Information pertaining to the course he will be teaching (usually PLC Fundamentals with Studio 5000)
4. Provide a purchase order for the current years cost.
You will then be given a key that can be used to unlock and download various Allen Bradly Software's.
